2. Products and Orders

RYMACO offers retail products as well as custom headwear and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, materials, specifications, pricing, and availability. However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, materials, manufacturing processes, and other factors.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability issues, or violations of these Terms.

3. Custom Orders

Custom products are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications, artwork, colors, materials, and designs.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, specifications, spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and other design details before approving production.

Once a proof or custom order has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because custom products are manufactured specifically for the customer, custom orders may be non-refundable and non-returnable except where the product is defective, materially differs from the approved specifications, or otherwise qualifies for a return under applicable law or RYMACO's stated return policy.

4. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, designs, or other materials to RYMACO, you represent that you own the materials or have permission and legal authority to use and reproduce them.

You grant RYMACO permission to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, manufacture your products, and fulfill your order.

You agree that RYMACO is not responsible for claims arising from artwork or intellectual property supplied by you without the necessary authorization.

RYMACO may refuse to reproduce artwork that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or infringes another party's intellectual property rights.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization costs, and other charges will be disclosed during the ordering or quotation process when applicable.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

For custom manufacturing orders, additional payment terms may be included in the applicable quote, invoice, or purchase agreement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Custom manufacturing timelines may vary depending on order size, materials, design approvals, production requirements, shipping carriers, and circumstances outside RYMACO's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipment, please contact RYMACO so we can assist in resolving the issue.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to RYMACO's applicable return and refund policies.

Custom-made or personalized merchandise may have different return restrictions than standard retail merchandise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content—including the RYMACO name, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, videos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to RYMACO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
